1st Echo - Playing around and having fun at a costume party caused both of them to remember a small scene in a train. They were eating piles of steak together, showboating and laughing with a timid boy with a dragon tattoo, a one-eyed glasses wearing girl, and a tan, tall man. It was only a few seconds of laughter and merriment, but it was memorable. Both immediately pretended nothing happened, hoping not to scare their spouse.
2nd Echo - A conversation with Rebecca on how easy it would be to steal from a museum gave a Isaac a particular, completely contextless memory. He and Miria were at a museum, taking down the front door. He did not put together that they were stealing the door. For those curious, their plan was to make sure no one could get inside. So they stole the door. Really.
3rd Echo - The mystery in the water returned their immortality/healing factor... but only in Isaac's left index finger and Miria's right thumb.
4th Echo - Rhyme's drawing of her own demise caused Miria to remember getting struck by a vehicle. Hats fall through the air as the force of the car knocks her down. She also recalls a figure she correctly assumes to be Isaac next to her and wearing normal clothes for once.
[4.5 Echo - Later, Miria describes the memory to Isaac a few minutes after showing him the picture. This helps him remember the same echo from his perspective.]
5th Echo - Isaac recieved a different memory from Rhyme's picture. He recalls running over an old man at night. He does not remember who the man was, where he came from, or where they were at the time. The memory cuts off as before he backed up the car.
6th Echo - Isaac's immortality extends up to his shoulder. His entire left arm is now effectively immortal. Caused by mine exploration.
7th Echo - Mine exploration caused Miria to remember spotting Czeslaw Meyer's bloody body on the side of the Flying Pussyfoot. She recalls wearing the western showgirl outfit at the time.
8th Echo (Tier 2) - Isaac vaguely remembers threatening an old man about talking to the police. The top hat he was wearing at the time appeared shortly after. Caused by the pink lights.
9th Echo (Tier 2) - Miria remembered reading Isaac a letter from someone named "Ennis". The letter appeared not long after. Also caused by pink lights.
10th Echo - Investigating the tower and the buzzing noise causes Isaac to remember being taken to Alcatraz. DUN DUN DUUUUUUUN!
11th Echo - While Isaac deals with his possible criminal past, Miria gets to enjoy a campfire story. Otherwise known as "The Rail Tracer."
12th Echo - Isaac remembered that he did, in fact, steal someone's fortune.
13th Echo - Isaac's immortality extends to his entire chest.
14th Echo (Tier 2) - Miria's immortality extends up her entire right arm and then her entire chest.
15th Echo - Miria remembers trying to convince Czes he's a good kid.

21st Echo (Tier 2) - Isaac remembers telling Firo and Ladd how important it was he get back to Miria at Alcatraz. This sparked his desire to keep Miria happy.
22nd Echo (Tier 2) - Miria remembers coming across the dead bodies in the train, and believing Jacuzzi was killed. Her showgirl outfit was also returned.
23rd Echo - Miria remembers Isaac being taken to Alcatraz
24th Echo -Isaac remembers Czeslaw Meyer being trapped at the bottom of a train.
25th Echo -Isaac now know how to tell when he's speaking to a cop in disguise... from the Prohibition era.
